Who we are.
Aligned Developmental Services is a pediatric therapy practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, partnering with families and schools to support children through every stage of growth. Through occupational, speech, and physical therapy, parent coaching, and school-based contracted services, we provide individualized support that helps children thrive at home, in school, and in everyday life.

We believe in a whole-child, neurodiversity-affirming approach that recognizes each child's unique strengths, honors their individual path, and empowers the adults who support them. Our goal is to create aligned, meaningful support that helps children grow with confidence, connection, and success.

Outpatient Therapy
Occupational, speech, and physical therapy for children ages birth through 21, plus consultative services for neurodivergent adults, offered in person or through telehealth.
In-person care across South Central Pennsylvania, virtual services statewide throughout Pennsylvania, and educational services nationwide.

Early Intervention
For infants and toddlers ages birth to three, provided through Pennsylvania's county-run program within your child's everyday routines.
