ABOUT PARENT COACHING
When caregivers feel supported, children thrive.
We believe meaningful progress happens when caregivers feel informed, confident, and supported, not just children. Parenting and caregiving can be deeply rewarding, but navigating developmental differences, behavioral challenges, sensory needs, school concerns, and everyday family stress can also feel overwhelming and isolating.

Our neurodiversity-affirming parent and caregiver coaching offers thoughtful guidance, practical strategies, and a supportive space to help families better understand and respond to their child's needs. Coaching can complement your child's existing outpatient therapy or stand alone for families seeking support without direct therapy involvement.

FOR THE ADULTS
Dedicated time for you.
These sessions create dedicated time to focus on what your family is navigating, without the demands of a child participating in the session. It is space for the adults: time to process emotions, problem-solve challenges, strengthen advocacy skills, and receive thoughtful guidance without the pressure of managing everything in the moment.
Our goal is never to fix your child. It is to empower the adults in their life with understanding, tools, and confidence.

Questions families ask.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION? CONNECT WITH US
What is parent coaching?
Parent coaching is neurodiversity-affirming guidance for caregivers. We help you better understand your child's needs and respond with confidence, offering practical strategies and a supportive space. It is support for the adults, not therapy delivered to the child.
Is coaching offered online or in person?
Both. We offer virtual coaching statewide throughout Pennsylvania and in-person coaching across South Central Pennsylvania, so you can choose the format that works best for your family and schedule.
What do sessions cover?
Together we may explore emotional regulation, sensory strategies, communication, routines and transitions, school concerns, behavior through a developmental lens, advocacy, and ways to strengthen connection and reduce stress at home.
Does my child need to attend?
No. Coaching sessions are designed for the adults, creating dedicated time to focus on the challenges your family is navigating without a child participating. This lets you process, plan, and problem-solve without the demands of the moment.
Can coaching be standalone or alongside therapy?
Either. Parent coaching can complement your child's existing outpatient therapy, or it can stand alone for families seeking support without direct therapy involvement. We meet your family where you are.
Do you offer group sessions, talks, or workshops?
Yes. Alongside one-on-one coaching, we offer group sessions with other caregivers, talks for parent and caregiver audiences, and practical workshops, available online or in person depending on the format and your needs.
